Almost another disaster stopped him from going as, yesterday, whilst surfing an almost perfect Ribeira, Luis cut his hand with the fin and had to be rushed to the clinic to have 6 pretty little stitches.
But all was good, bags and boards were packed and the trip started safely this morning.
The forecast is not looking great to say the least but......c'est la vie !

After the weekend, Luis will be staying in France for a weeks training camp with the O'Neill team before heading to Engliand to compete in the English National Championships.
